One day, after all of my children got home from school, my husband and I made the announcement that we were moving to the country for a year. You should have seen the looks on our kid's faces. They were terrified, and they knew that it was going to be a big change. What would they do without their tablets and cell phones? We wanted to move to teach our kids a simpler way of life and how to recycle and be kind to Mother Earth. After we made the transition, it was amazing to see our children flourish.
